Do you provide Vancouver DJ Services full time or part time?

Paradise Events is a boutique influenced full time events company offering Vancouver DJ Services including our Vancouver wedding DJ service, school party DJ service, birthday DJ service, events DJ service, anniversaries DJ service, corporate DJ service, ballroom DJ service and more. Our Vancouver DJ services are available everyday, from Monday to Sunday. There are many DJs in Vancouver, we suggest only using full time DJ services.

What kind of music do you have or play?

We play a huge range of music for your event. Our Vancouver DJ Services provide 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s music and all the top current hits you hear on the radio. Dance, Hip Hop, Trance, Techno, Country, Rock, Oldies, Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, and more. Our professional DJ services are delivered by having our Vancouver DJ reading the crowd and engaging all the guests on the dance floor from the beginning to the end of the celebration. When we provide our wedding dj services, Our wedding DJ understand the guests are from different age group and different culture background, therefor the wedding DJ needs to play variety type of music for all the age group instead of pleasing only one particular group. Our DJ caters the music to each celebration without playing a pre-set music list.

Does the DJ take requests?

Yes, of course. Our DJs love music requests. Our Vacouver DJ services let you have music requests before and during the event. In fact, we will send you a music request form once you book us so you can start planning your music right away. Playing the songs you like are extremely important for our Vancouver DJ Services. Does the wedding DJ play reception, cake cutting, garter belt, bouquet toss, and first dance music?

Yes, in fact, right after you book us, we will send you a wedding questionnaire for your fill out. You can also put down what music/songs you don’t like.

What is I don’t know what songs to choose?

Do you have a sign or banner at your event?

When we provide our Vancouver DJ services we don’t display any sign or banner at any event. The venue is not the place where we promote our events services. We make sure our clients are the center of the spotlight.

If your Vancouver DJ services include free consultation?

How long does it take you to setup?

It will take us approximately 1- 2 hours to set up. Our clients call us “arrive early and stay late”. We don’t show up only 30 minutes prior to your event, and still doing set up when your guests start to arrive. Any professional industry DJ should not do it.

Do you charge traveling cost?

There is no travelling charge for our Vancouver DJ service from West Vancouver to Abbottsford. We now provide our DJ services worldwide. Please call us to find out the detail.


What kind of lighting rentals do you have?

Our Greater Vancouver lighting rentals includes Laser Lights, DJ lighting, Wireless LED Uplighting Rentals, party lighting rentals, Monogram Lighting Rentals, LED lights for party decorations, wedding décor lighting, Christmas decorations lighting, corporate events lighting rental and stage lighting rental.

How often do you upgrade your lighting rentals?

Our lighting rentals are always cutting edge.  We constantly upgrade to keep ahead of the pack in Vancouver. We of course have all the old school lighting rentals along with all the new school lighting rentals. All of them are professional industry standard. We only invest the top quality lighting equipment for our DJ lighting, lighting rentals for weddings, party decorations lighting, event lighting and stage lighting rentals. We invest the same lighting equipment used at big shows, event, concert and stage.

Do you do set up and removal for the lighting rentals?

We include set up and removal services for all of our lighting rentals, from intimated party lighting rental to wedding décor lighting. We can also have technician stay at your event to operate the lighting.

Do you do same day set up and same night removal for the lighting rental?

Yes. We would provide same day set up and same night removal for our lighting rentals. There is no extra fee for it.

What if I am not sure where to start?

We customize our lighting rental services for each client. We’ll go to your venue, discuss the details and find out what works best for you, together. When it comes to event lighting in Vancouver, we are the experts to ask.


How does the photo booth rental work?

Using our Vancouver Photo Booth Rentals is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Use our large touch screen to choose B/W, color and press start. 2. Grab photo booth props and strike a pose. You can get up to 4 shots. 3. Within 14 seconds, you have the photo prints ready.

Are the photo booth props included at the photo booth rental service?

Yes. All the photo booth props are included at the photo booth rental services. We have a wide selection for the photobooth props: from Christmas, Valentines, Wedding, 20’s and much more. If you are planning a theme celebration, we will customize the photo booth props to suit your theme.

How long does it to get the photo prints?

After you take pictures at the photo booth, it takes 14 seconds to have the photo prints ready. We use professional Dye-sub printer for our photo booth rental Vancouver. It produces the lab HD Gloss photo prints. When you see our photo prints in person, you will see the difference from other photo booth rentals.

Do I get the copy of the photo prints?

For our photo booth rental Vancouver service, a copy of all the photo prints will be ready to pick up at the end of the event.

Can I get double photo prints?

Yes. For an additional charge, our photo booth rental service gives you the option to choose 2 prints or 3 prints or 4 prints. The decision is in your hands. It is very popular for our clients to have double photo prints. One is for their guests, another one is for the scrape book.

What is the difference between your open space photo booth rental and old school photo booth rental.

For old school photo booth rental, you need to go inside the box, take pictures and come out. The problem for that is it too small. It can only fit up to 4 people. There is no way to add extra lighting source. Our new school Open Space Photo booth rental is very spacious. It can fit up to 20 people. The “open space” photo booth rental gives you the maximum flexibility to take pictures from 1 people to 20 people.


What is your dance floor made of?

When you choose our Dance Floor Rentals, you are getting oak hardwood finished dance floor. On like vinyl or plastic portable dance floor, our portable dance floor is heavy and durable. Our dance floor feels excellent to dance on. Many world class dancers in Vancouver and countless Vancouver wedding couples have used our dance floor rental services.

What size dance floor do you have?

Our portable dance floor can be built to any size. Our standard size are 12 feet x 16 feet and 15 feet x 16 feet. The portable dance floor can be built to 18ft X 20ft and 20ft X 21ft and even bigger.

Can you set up the portable dance floor outdoors?

Yes. We are the golden choice for outdoor dance floor rentals in Vancouver. Our professional dance floors can be used on the grass, on the concrete floor and even at the beach. Our guests use our dance floor rental services for wedding dance floor rental, party dance floor rental, disco dance floor rental, and dancing floor rental. We have best portable dance flooring for indoors and outdoors.

How long does it take you to setup the dance floor?

Depending on size of the dance floor, for a 12 feet by 16 feet, it will take us about 45 minutes to to 1 hours to set up.

Is your dance floor good to dance on?

Yes, in fact the international ballroom competition competitors have used our professional dance floor rental several times. They only will dance on the best dance floor and nothing less. They wear very nice high heels and dress shoes and expect the highest quality for a hardwood dance floor.

Do you charge extra for same night removal for the dance floor rentals?

No, we do not charge extra for our dance floor rentals for same night removal. There are no hidden charges. We do same night removal for many restaurants in the Vancouver Lower Mainland. We set up our portable dance flooring earl and we take away our portable dance floor rentals late.

Do you charge traveling cost for the dance floor rentals?

There is no travelling charge from West Vancouver to Abbotsford for our portable dance floor rental services. We would go to Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Abbotsford, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vamcouver, West Vancouver, White Rock. Any events farther than these regions may have a travelling charge.
